Your role

We are looking for an exceptional personality to take on the overall operational management of this location.

You will not simply be running a business.
You will be preserving, structuring, and developing a place of long-term cultural significance.

This position requires a genuine inner connection to Nikola Tesla—
to his way of thinking, his ethics, his discipline, and his intellectual independence.

Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for operations, service, technology, security, and guest experience
  • Establishment of all operational structures from pre-opening to stable regular operation
  • Leadership of interdisciplinary teams at an international level
  • Preservation of the aesthetic, cultural, and content integrity of the location
  • Close cooperation with architecture, energy, IT, and innovation partners.
Your profile
  • At least 10 years of management experience in luxury hospitality, destination management, or complex large-scale projects
  • Proven experience in pre-opening phases
    International work experience
  • Business fluent in Croatian, German, and English (mandatory)
  • High personal integrity, calm authority, strong systematic thinking
  • Low ego, high responsibility, long-term loyalty

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is responsible for the sourcing, selection, and safeguarding of all products of the house brand LABEL 369.

You do not conduct purchasing.
You preserve origin, quality, and integrity.

Essential: Inner Attitude & Quality Awareness

This role requires a deep understanding of artisanal quality, origin, maturity, and proportion — as well as the willingness to uncompromisingly protect the values of LABEL 369.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building exclusive producer and supplier structures in Dalmatia and the Adriatic region
  • Safeguarding artisanal, natural, and sustainable production methods
  • Quality assessment of raw materials, formulations, maturation processes, and sensory attributes
  • Establishing long-term, fair supplier relationships
  • Contract negotiations, pricing structures, and availability
  • Ensuring the stylistic and conceptual integrity of LABEL 369
  • Close collaboration with Branding, Event, Architecture, and CEOD

Your Profile
  • At least 8 years of experience in high-end purchasing or product curation
  • Background in luxury goods, wine & spirits, fine foods, or artisanal/manufactured products is an advantage
  • Strong sensory expertise
  • Proficiency in Croatian, German, and English
  • High personal integrity, calm authority, strong sense of responsibility
  • Low ego, long-term loyalty
